HubSpot Marketing Hub Implementation, Training & Marketing Systems Specialist
We are seeking a HubSpot Marketing Hub specialist to help our internal marketing team configure, organize, and fully leverage the marketing tools already available in our HubSpot environment.
We are separately evaluating companies for technical integrations and workflow automation. This role is focused on marketing implementation, campaign setup, workflow structure, training, and adoption.
We need someone who can help us turn HubSpot from a software subscription into a working marketing operating system.
About Us
We operate across the heavy machinery industry with three separate but connected businesses including an auction company, Bobcat dealership network and logistics (trucking heavy machinery) company.
Our marketing goals include auction bidder growth, off-site auction leads, consignment and seller leads, vendor and supplier leads, used equipment sales, new equipment leads, service appointments, rental inquiries, and parts demand.

Scope of Work
Phase 1: Audit and Prioritization
Review our current HubSpot setup and identify:
• What is already configured correctly
• What is underused
• What is misconfigured
• What tools should be prioritized first
• What tools should wait until integrations are complete
• What gaps could affect reporting, attribution, or lead follow-up
Deliver a prioritized implementation roadmap focused on revenue impact.
Phase 2: Marketing Tool Setup
Help configure and improve:
• Campaign architecture
• UTM and tracking structure
• Email templates
• Forms and form fields
• CTAs
• Landing page templates
• Blog structure
• Website page recommendations
• Lead scoring models
• Buyer Intent workflows
• Ad account connections and campaign tracking
• Event promotion and follow-up workflows
• SMS campaign structure
• Brand settings and asset organization
• Marketing analytics dashboards
Phase 3: Revenue Campaign Buildout
Build practical HubSpot campaigns around:
• Auction bidder growth
• New bidder onboarding
• Consignor and seller acquisition
• Off-site auction lead generation
• Vendor and supplier lead generation
• Used equipment demand
• New equipment lead nurture
• Service appointment campaigns
• Rental inquiry campaigns
• Parts promotions
• Customer reactivation
Phase 4: Training and Documentation
Train our internal team on how to use HubSpot effectively.
Deliverables should include:
• Live training sessions
• Recorded walkthroughs
• SOPs
• Campaign setup checklists
• Reporting guide
• Lead scoring guide
• Email and landing page build process
• Buyer Intent usage guide
• AI/Data Agent usage recommendations
HubSpot’s Breeze and Data Agent tools can support AI-assisted data enrichment, transformation, workflow actions, and marketing tasks, but we need guidance on practical use cases and governance.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with experience in:
• HubSpot Marketing Hub Enterprise
• B2B marketing operations
• Lead scoring
• Campaign attribution
• Email marketing
• Landing page optimization
• Marketing automation
• Paid media tracking
• Buyer Intent tools
• CRM hygiene
• Team training
• Multi-brand HubSpot environments
Bonus experience:
• Equipment, construction, agriculture, dealership, logistics, or industrial B2B
• Auction or marketplace businesses
• Sales and marketing alignment
• HubSpot implementation after a CRM migration
• Working alongside a separate technical integration partner, digital marketing partner and website vendors.
