The Department of Political Science in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Miami invites applications for a full-time Lecturer position with teaching specialization in public administration. The successful candidate will teach courses in our in-person and online Master’s in Public Administration programs as well as, potentially, undergraduate courses in public administration and policy. Course topics could include but are not limited to: public sector economics, applied policy analysis, program evaluation, and courses on modern challenges in policy and public administration (i.e., AI in Government, Energy Policy, Technology Politics and Society). The expected teaching assignment is 4-4. Candidates should have a PhD or anticipate PhD completion by August 15, 2026. Interested applicants may apply online at www.miami.edu/careers.
