We are seeking licensed therapists across Missouri who are committed to both clinical excellence and Christian faith integration and want the flexibility of a fully remote position without the burden of managing their own practice. What You Can Expect • Fully remote position — work from anywhere in Missouri • Consistent referral flow to help you build and maintain a full caseload • Flexible scheduling with full control over your availability • Administrative, billing, and collections handled for you • Full credentialing and insurance paneling managed by our team • A mix of self-pay and insurance-based clients • Strong demand for couples counseling, including marriage counseling and affair recovery • Supportive team environment without micromanagement Compensation • This is a W-2 commission-based position. • Full-time clinicians (approximately 25 client sessions per week) typically earn $75,000–$95,000+ annually depending on caseload and payer mix • Part-time opportunities available with scalable income based on availability Position Overview As a remote clinician with Restored Counseling, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy via telehealth while integrating Christian faith into the counseling process. You will work with a mix of individual and couples clients, with a strong emphasis on marriage counseling and affair recovery. This role requires the ability to thoughtfully integrate Christian faith into clinical counseling, consistent with the mission of our practice.
