Your Role
As a Remote Loan Officer, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.
Responsibilities include:
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships built on trust, integrity, and service excellence
• Managing inbound leads and converting opportunities through structured, high-quality conversations
• Providing white-glove service through timely communication, clear guidance, and proactive follow-up throughout the loan process
• Conducting loan applications, credit analysis, and structuring deals to deliver optimal solutions
• Managing your pipeline to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely closings
• Working collaboratively within a team environment that values accountability, communication, and shared success
• Utilizing CRM, LOS, and AI-driven tools to streamline workflow and enhance client engagement
• Staying current with lending guidelines, products, and market trends
• Collaborating within a high-performance team environment
What You’ll Need
• Active NMLS License (required)
• Experience in residential mortgage origination
• Strong communication and sales skills
• High level of accountability and execution discipline
• Tech-savvy mindset (CRM, LOS, AI tools)
Remote Requirements:
• Windows PC (Mac not supported)
• High-speed internet + webcam
• Quiet, professional workspace
• Camera-on participation required for all meetings, trainings, and coaching
Compensation & Growth Path
Our compensation is structured to support you as you grow within LO Ascent™:
• Hourly base (bi-weekly) during development
• Transition into hourly + commission
• Full production = uncapped commission (paid weekly)
