Role Overview This strategic hire is driven by ongoing growth and upcoming system migration initiatives. As the ERP Application Analyst, you will serve as a core technical resource, providing expert-level support for the organisation's ERP system. Your contributions will be central to maintaining system health, guiding process improvements, and preparing for a future transition to a cloud-based ERP environment. Your work will directly support core operational and financial processes, making this a highly influential role within the organisation. Key Responsibilities • Offer functional support and troubleshooting for ERP modules related to operations, supply chain, finance, and quality processes, ensuring seamless core operations. • Configure and optimise ERP parameters, workflows, and security roles to align system capabilities with evolving business needs. • Lead and support initiatives to prepare for migration to a new cloud-based ERP platform, including data assessment, process re-design, and integration strategies. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process standardisation, automation, and enhancement within the ERP environment. • Execute testing, validation, and rollout plans for system upgrades, patches, and major configuration changes. • Analyse ERP data to identify discrepancies, root causes of issues, and opportunities for operational efficiencies. • Develop and deliver training materials, job aids, and documentation to facilitate user adoption and operational excellence. • Act as a key contact point for end-user support, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and best practices are communicated effectively. • Work on system documentation, maintain process standardisation, and support governance and compliance activities. What We're Looking For Essential Skills & Experience • A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields. • Minimum of 5 years' practical experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) or Syteline, including configuration, module management, and system troubleshooting. • Deep understanding of ERP data structures, workflows, integrations, and system architecture. • Proven experience supporting or leading ERP migration projects, including cloud transition preparations. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex system issues across multiple modules. • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Desirable Skills & Experience • Hands-on experience with process redesign and automation tools within ERP environments. • Familiarity with cloud-native ERP solutions and multi-tenant configurations. • Knowledge of workflow automation, low-code platforms, and AI-driven documentation or testing. • Prior experience in training end-users and developing comprehensive user documentation. Provide hands-on functional support, configuration, and optimization across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, quality, customer service, and distribution-resolving complex cross-module issues tied to workflows, costing logic, integrations, and planning (APS). Experienced in ERP administration and ownership, including security roles/user access, configuration governance, documentation, and leading upgrade/patch cycles with strong functional and regression testing discipline. Known for translating business needs into clear functional/technical requirements, driving process standardization and continuous improvement, and reducing dependency on external consultants through durable internal capability. Contribute to cloud migration readiness (on-prem SyteLine → CSI), assessing customizations/integrations, improving data quality, recommending cloud-compatible designs, and supporting cross-functional planning for fit-to-standard future state.
