Job Overview
Tekberry is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support Agile delivery within the Enterprise Data organization for our client, a leader in automotive technology and digital innovation.
This role is part of a major transformation to a spec-driven development model, emphasizing clarity, collaboration, and high-quality delivery at scale. The ideal candidate is not just a facilitator, but a change agent who can coach teams through evolving workflows, drive continuous improvement, and optimize delivery flow across multiple teams.
You will play a key role in helping teams adapt to new ways of working, integrate modern delivery practices (including AI-enabled workflows), and operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Key Responsibilities Agile Leadership & Coaching
Serve as Scrum Master across multiple cross-functional Agile teams
Coach teams on Scrum, Lean, and Agile best practices
Drive adoption of spec-driven and modern delivery workflows
Foster a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement
Flow Optimization & Metrics
Drive delivery performance using flow-based metrics and meaningful team data
Visualize and optimize delivery flow using Lean and Kanban principles
Facilitate continuous improvement conversations based on team metrics
Identify and remove systemic bottlenecks
Planning & Execution
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
Support quarterly and release planning activities
Ensure backlog health and readiness with Product Owners
Enable teams to meet delivery goals with consistency and predictability
Cross-Team Coordination & Scaling
Facilitate cross-team planning, dependency tracking, and alignment
Support scaled Agile events and system-level coordination
Partner with Product, Engineering, and leadership stakeholders
Communicate delivery progress, risks, and gaps
Team Development & Enablement
Guide teams toward self-organization and high performance
Support team formation, growth, and conflict resolution
Promote psychological safety and strong team dynamics
Mentor teams through change and evolving delivery models
Impediment Removal & Organizational Support
Identify, escalate, and remove impediments
Shield teams from external disruptions when necessary
Partner with leadership to address systemic blockers
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
Experience supporting multiple teams in enterprise or scaled Agile environments
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles
Proven experience using metrics to drive delivery improvement
Experience working in transformation or evolving Agile environments
Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting cloud, DevOps, or data platform teams
Experience with test automation, CI/CD, and modern delivery practices
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Rally, VersionOne, or similar
Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, PSM, etc.)
Strong interest or experience in AI-enabled workflows and tools
