What You'll Do:
Assist customers with inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and courteously.
Handle incoming calls and respond to emails in both English and Spanish OR Mandarin OR Korean OR Hindi OR Urdu OR Bengali OR Russian OR Creole
Build rapport with customers to ensure a positive experience.
Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service delivery.
Monitor customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
✅Proficiency in both English and Spanish OR Mandarin OR Korean OR Hindi OR Urdu OR Bengali OR Russian OR Creole (written and spoken).
✅ Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
✅ Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
