**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating tasks of others with a particular focus on Facebook Ads. You will also be responsible for communicating directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system, responding to customer queries, and providing general administrative support to the CEO.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing and managing multiple projects, including Facebook Ads campaigns
* Performing tasks and coordinating tasks of others, including graphic design, copywriting, and video editing
* Communicating directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system
* Responding to customer queries and providing general administrative support to the CEO
* Managing Google Adword and Shopping campaigns, including setup and optimization
* Providing general administrative support, including admin work and data entry
* Collaborating with other team members to achieve project goals and objectives
* Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
**Essential Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Excellent written English, with a keen eye for detail and grammar
* Facebook Ads experience, including knowledge of Facebook ad campaigns and targeting options
* Google Ads experience, including knowledge of Google Adword and Shopping campaigns
* Proven experience working with English-speaking clients or employers
* Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to work independently and ask for help when needed
* Fast computer and high-speed internet, with reliable power
* Graphic design skills on Canva or similar platforms
* Ability to work autonomously and be self-directed
* Willingness to help out wherever the CEO requires assistance, including admin work
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, it would be beneficial if you had:
* Experience with video editing software, including Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro
* Experience with copywriting and content creation
* Experience with website creation and development
* Experience with social media management and online lead generation
* Experience with product research and analysis
* Google Certification in Google Ads
