**Role Summary**
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers. You'll communicate with new and potential customers, help guide them through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team to build a successful brand. You'll be expected to meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the Customer Success Supervisor.
**Expected Hours and Work Environment**
The expected hours for this role are Friday-Sunday, 2pm-10pm EST. Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business. As a remote part-time temporary employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.
**Role Responsibilities**
* Answer any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
* Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
* Empathetic to customers' needs but understanding of the business' bottom line
* Collect and share feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
* Collaborate with the Customer Success Supervisor to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
* Stay up-to-date on Nuuly's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
**Role Qualifications**
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
* Demonstrate a passion for and understanding of the Nuuly brand, customers, and products
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
* Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other tools to manage customer interactions
**Essential Skills and Competencies**
* Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service in a variety of situations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
* Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other tools to manage customer interactions
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Experience working in a subscription-based service or e-commerce environment
* Knowledge of the fashion industry and trends
