**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and support. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional service and support to customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and support.
* Utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other State systems to perform all tasks and duties for HIX customers.
* Assist individuals regarding eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid, and services applications and enrollments for Qualified Health Plans on the Exchange.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and ensure that customers receive the highest level of service and support.
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends.
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support to customers.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and make sound decisions.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* High-speed internet connection and a personal computer with an i5 processor or higher.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment.
* Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other State systems.
* Certification in customer service or a related field.
* Bilingual or multilingual skills.
