**Job Summary**
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, live chat, and email interactions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide product information, answer questions, and offer solutions to customer concerns
* Utilize live chat and email to engage with customers and resolve issues
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
* Work effectively in a team environment to achieve shared goals and objectives
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to work a 4-day weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday, with two 10-hour shifts on Monday and Tuesday)

* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of the lighting industry or related products
