Job Summary

We're excited to announce the opening for a part-time Data Entry Support Specialist role at arenaflex. This position offers flexible scheduling opportunities, allowing you to work up to 4 hours a day from the comfort of your own home. As a Data Entry Support Specialist, you'll be the first line of contact for our customers, ensuring their questions are answered promptly and efficiently. You'll engage with customers via phone, assist them in navigating the arenaflex platform, and accurately enter data into our systems.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Support Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Providing exceptional call support to arenaflex customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Accurately entering customer information and data into the arenaflex system.
