**Responsibilities**
As a remote customer service representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Connecting with individuals who have potentially qualified for compensation through an automated dialer
* Handling a high volume of calls, with an average of 40-50 calls per day, and identifying 1-5 potential qualified callers
* Multitasking and utilizing various software systems, including VICI and Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), to accurately and efficiently manage calls
* Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
* Participating in ongoing training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills
* Adhering to all company policies and procedures
* Assisting with other projects as needed
* Troubleshooting and resolving basic IT issues independently
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Competitive and results-driven, with a focus on meeting and exceeding performance goals
* Ability to work 40+ hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
* Strong background in call-center environment and sales-focused experience
* 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience
* Residency in the State of Florida or New Jersey
* Quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU)
* High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum)
* Reliable noise-cancellation headset (wired via USB)

**Compensation and Benefits**
As a remote customer service representative, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary, with a starting rate of $17.31/hour. In addition to your base salary, you'll also be eligible for commissions and bonuses, with a total compensation potential of up to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+). Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, vision, and dental coverage, as well as paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
