Insurance Producer – Effingham, IL Area (Remote)

The Youngblood Group is an independent agency seeking Illinois-based, licensed professionals to build our book of business while working fully remote. You stay local. You build relationships. We provide the platform. Requirements (Required): • Must live in or near Effingham, IL • Must hold an active Illinois Property & Casualty license • 2+ years of insurance industry experience preferred • Self-motivated and able to manage your own activity and pipeline Compensation: • 10% FYC on new P&C business • 3% renewal comp • 100% of life insurance comp on personally produced business What We Provide: • Access to 30+ personal and commercial insurance carriers • CRM, quoting tools, and web-based systems already in place • A structured process to support prospecting and client management • The ability to start producing immediately without building infrastructure • Flexible schedule and fully remote work environment Responsibilities: • Develop and manage your existing relationships in the Effingham area • Build new relationships and generate new business opportunities • Provide tailored insurance solutions (personal and commercial) • Manage pipeline, quoting, and follow-up activity • Maintain strong client relationships for long-term retention Who This Is For: • Current or former captive agency producers (State Farm, Allstate, Farmers, etc.) • Account managers / CSRs ready to move into production • Individuals looking for more control over income and schedule without leaving their local market Apply: If you’re licensed in Illinois and based in the Effingham area, apply here.
