Our team is comprised of talented individuals who share a common goal: to provide exceptional service to our clients and their customers. **Job Summary** As a Medical Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service to our clients in the healthcare industry. You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and providing empathetic support to patients and their families. If you're a motivated and experienced customer service professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to patients and healthcare providers * Provide empathetic and personalized support to patients and their families * Gather and review patient billing and medical information * Operate according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program * Work with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient * Use computer skills for data entry and other administrative tasks * Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and service goals **Essential Qualifications** * At least 1 year of recent Call Center experience (no exceptions) * High School Diploma or Equivalent * Active internet connection and ability to work from home * Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors * Great work attitude and willingness to help others * Ability to pick up work equipment in Irving **Preferred Qualifications** * Medical Call Center experience (but not required) * Strong knowledge of the Federal Health Care Program and its guidelines * Experience working with carriers and insurance providers * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong computer skills, including data entry and software applications * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
