We're passionate about creating innovative experiences that inspire and delight our audiences. **Job Summary** As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more. You'll work closely with our internal teams to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide exceptional support to our fans and customers.
