As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with company owners and make a real difference in their businesses by helping them grow. **The Role** As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics, and structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between arenaflex and clients. You will lead a cross-functional team within arenaflex to collaborate on projects and drive client success, and plan and achieve growth goals through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing goals. **Responsibilities** * Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders, developing a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics. * Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between arenaflex and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within arenaflex to collaborate on projects and drive client success. * Plan and achieve growth goals through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing goals. * Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses, and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers. * Build knowledge of how arenaflex advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital media, or advertising sales. * Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders. * Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context. * Experience selling against traditional and digital media advertising solutions. * Knowledge of traditional and contemporary or online marketing strategy and tactics (e.g., product knowledge across all digital advertising products areas). * Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy. * Ability to leverage business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needs. * Ability to achieve goals to drive growth. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). * Knowledge of arenaflex's advertising products and solutions. * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. **What We Offer** * Competitive base salary range: $129,000-$191,000 (bonus, equity, and benefits included). * Opportunity to work with a global leader in digital marketing and advertising solutions. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Professional development and growth opportunities. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for digital marketing and advertising sales, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
