**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary focus will be on debit card inquiries, orders, and balances, but you'll also have the opportunity to upsell products and services when applicable. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing large volumes of inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
* Following established communication scripts to ensure consistency and accuracy
* Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and alternatives
* Accessing company and client resources to accurately handle calls
* Seizing opportunities to upsell products and services
* Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
* Maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times
* Remaining positive and professional in all customer interactions
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Previous customer service or customer support experience (1 year minimum)
* Previous call center or office background experience (a plus)
* Basic computer skills and the ability to learn quickly
* Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening
* Ability to type 35 words per minute accurately
* Must be 18 years of age
* A background check will be required, in accordance with state and federal laws

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:
* Starting pay: $14/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & wkds)
* Work hours: Shifts between 8:00am-8:00 pm (EST); Work Days: Mon-Fri and every other weekend
* Paid training: Typically 1 week in length from 9:00am-6:00pm (EST)
* Status: Temporary Part-time to Full-time 20-40 hours
* Must be available to work 9/26, 9/27, 9/30, 10/1, and 10/2

As a remote worker, you'll need to provide your own equipment and workspace. To ensure a secure and reliable connection, you'll need to meet the following hardware and software requirements:
* Processor: Intel Core i5 5200 Series or greater
* Memory: 8GB on Windows 8.1 / bits
* Screen Resolution: 1280x768 or higher, 1 monitor required (dual monitors preferred)
