**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will be part of a team reporting to a Supervisor, Customer Experience. You will be responsible for building customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls, working with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment, and using a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day. You will also resolve customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls.
- Work with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment.
- Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day.
- Resolve customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management.
- Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures.
**Shifts, Training & Work Environment**
- Enjoy your weekends off! We are hiring for our shift of 8:30 to 5:00 p.m. Central time and Monday through Friday.
- Our 8-week onsite training academy will provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to best serve our customers.
- You will be provided with equipment - laptop, dual monitors, keyboard, and accessories on your first day.
- After graduation (completion of 8-week training), team members meeting work from home requirements will enjoy a hybrid work environment of three days onsite and two days at home (2 days working at the office and at home are your choice and can change each week based on your preference).
- You can earn additional flexibility to work from home up to 5 days a week, and you will be eligible to participate in a bidding process for alternate work shifts.
