About the Role
As a Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist, you will support our Marketing Managers in developing and executing innovative email marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of digital marketing, where you'll gain practical skills in campaign development, audience segmentation, creative asset management, and performance analysis.
You'll be working within our Corporate Marketing division, collaborating with various business units including Studio Entertainment, Media Networks, and Consumer Products. This cross-functional exposure will give you a comprehensive understanding of how different segments of the organization work together to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Email Campaign Support: Assist Marketing Managers in the development, design coordination, and scheduling of email marketing campaigns. This includes audience segmentation, campaign timing, and performance tracking to ensure maximum engagement and ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with different business units to gather, prepare, and exchange creative assets for campaign execution. You'll serve as a liaison between creative teams and marketing managers to ensure deliverables meet campaign specifications.
- Reporting & Analysis: Create outreach reports and analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights. You'll learn to interpret key metrics and translate findings into recommendations for future campaigns.
- Creative Development: Use Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop to develop email marketing creatives and prepare assets for campaign deployment. You'll gain proficiency in industry-standard tools used by marketing professionals worldwide.
- Quality Assurance: Assist with monitoring CRM testing, campaign quality assurance, and provide insights into campaign performance based on execution data. Attention to detail is crucial in ensuring campaigns launch successfully.
- Social Media Engagement: Support social media customer support initiatives by responding to customer inquiries, monitoring brand mentions, and helping maintain a positive online community presence.
- Database Management: Assist with database maintenance and basic queries to support targeted marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in HTML coding
- Moderate to proficient user of Adobe Photoshop
- Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms including social media, email marketing, or paid search
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of data analysis and analytics tools
- Ability to be flexible, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent ability to work with cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Capacity to work independently and be a self-starter with flexibility and adaptability
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated (within the last 6 months) from an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related field
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have unrestricted work authorization
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Digital Marketing with project management experience
- Experience with reporting tools such as Advanced Excel or Tableau
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Basic knowledge of databases and query languages (e.g., SQL, Oracle)
- Experience with other Adobe Creative Suite applications (e.g., Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator)
- Previous internship experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields
- Understanding of marketing automation and customer journey mapping
