What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our company, interacting with customers daily to provide world-class support. Your role will be multifaceted, requiring both excellent communication skills and the ability to think on your feet. Here's what you can expect:

- Documentation and follow-up: Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in our CRM system. Ensure all information is properly recorded for future reference and analytics.
- Continuous improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and stay current with product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices.

Essential Qualifications

Work-From-Home Requirements
As a remote team member, you'll need to meet the following technical and environmental requirements to ensure success in your role:
- Dedicated workspace: A quiet, distraction-free, and secure place to work from home. This should be a professional environment where you can focus entirely on customer interactions.
- Internet connectivity: Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download – the faster, the better! You'll need a reliable, high-speed connection to support outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates.
- Wired connection required: An in-house network and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting excellent call quality. Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems.
- Smartphone requirement: A smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you will be able and willing to download our proprietary app that will be leveraged for company communications and notifications.

Compensation & Benefits

- Competitive pay: Earn $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and performance.
- Flexible scheduling: Work an 8-hour per day shift, 5 days per week, with shifts available anywhere from 6am to 12am PST to accommodate various availability needs.
