**The RES PMO Task Director Role**
As a RES PMO Task Director, you'll be responsible for leading the project management of high-impact initiatives across the RES division. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business outcomes, improving processes, and enhancing customer experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leaders to ensure seamless execution and successful project delivery.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead the project management of high-impact initiatives across the RES division, including organizing tasks from inception to execution and conclusion
* Develop and maintain project artifacts, including project plans, contracts, hazard and issue logs, and dashboards
* Manage multiple simultaneous projects of varying complexity and priority, across different teams or partners
* Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration, ensuring areas of strength are identified and leveraged across the organization
* Develop and implement communication strategies, exercises, and projects that result in optimal dissemination of information and communication consistency, increasing awareness of project expectations, change management, and impact
* Support the development of business cases, prioritization, and divisional portfolio management
* Maintain and establish strong relationships and feedback loops between leaders, functional partners, and cross-divisional arenaflex teams
* Support the growth and development of the RES PMO capability and the establishment of a Center of Excellence for portfolio management

* Demonstrated ability and a proven track record of success in managing and delivering multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity

* Ability to lead and work independently and within a team
* Capability in written and oral communications, and ability to produce concise reports for executive presentations
* Should perform acceptably in their current position

* Where allowed by relevant regulation, you have received or will receive the COVID-19 vaccination by the date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based work, while not already employed by arenaflex, Inc.

* Has a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
* Is at least 18 years old and has approval to work in the US
