CNA/HHA

<strong>Overview<br><br></strong>Good Shepherd Hospice is seeking a compassionate candidate for a<strong> CNA/HHA </strong>serving patients and their families in <strong> Henryetta and surrounding communities. <br><br></strong>The ideal candidate must be passionate about providing quality care and excellent service to patients and their families.<br><br><ul><li>Previous experience in hospice, home health, or geriatrics preferred </li><li>CNA & HHA required<br><br></li></ul><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>The CNA assists the patient and family in achieving physical and emotional comfort as outlined in the patient's plan of care</li><li>Provides support services under the supervision of our clinical supervisors </li><li>Promotes positive, supportive, respectful communication to patients and their families<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Certified by the state of where services are being provided as a Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide. </li><li>Minimum of one year of experience in hospice, home health or geriatric care preferred (but not required for the right candidate) </li><li>Must be of high integrity including maintenance of confidential information including all patient records </li><li>Works as a team player, following directions and adhering to defined care plans </li><li>Demonstrated commitment to the hospice philosophy of care</li><li>Can successfully pass background checks & drug screen</li></ul>
