As a Customer Service Specialist in our Scheduling Department, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between our clients, interpreters, and healthcare providers. As an arenaflex team member, you'll have the opportunity to grow professionally, develop new skills, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and their patients. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Handling and resolving email requests from a dedicated client and interpreters related to scheduling, as the first point of contact. * Assisting in answering clients/interpreters calls, when needed. * Efficiently inputting data and maintaining accurate database information. * Managing all inbound interpreter calls and inquiries. * Managing all inbound interpreter calls, emails, and securing interpreters to cover appointments. * Managing all appointments for a dedicated client by meeting both arenaflex and client service levels for securing interpreters to the appointments. * Other duties as assigned by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager. **Key Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 2 years of experience in customer service * 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment * Exceptional data entry and accuracy skills * Professional verbal and written communication skills * Organized and motivated with excellent follow-through, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in MS Office applications * Ability to work independently while remaining an effective and efficient member of cross-functional teams * Ability to analyze problems and develop processes to alleviate problems **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience working in a call center or customer service environment * Familiarity with language access services or healthcare industry * Proficiency in web-based applications, such as CRM software * Experience with data analysis and reporting * Certification in customer service or a related field **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote Customer Service Specialist, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a comfortable and collaborative work environment. arenaflex values work-life balance and offers a range of benefits to support your physical and mental well-being, including: * Competitive hourly rate: $20-22/hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and supportive team environment **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
