**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Training Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our customer service team members. **Key Responsibilities**
* Coordinate New Hire on-boarding documentation and candidate on boarding experience to ensure a seamless transition into our team
* Support New Hire Training through leading learning sessions utilizing a variety of modalities, including instructor-led training, e-learning, and virtual classroom sessions
* Quality audit and knowledge check program weekly to all team members to identify knowledge gaps and development needs, ensuring our team is equipped to handle complex customer inquiries
* Track, measure, and analyze 2025 new hire performance, attrition, and knowledge gaps to continuously improve training material and program, driving data-driven decision-making
* Implement new modalities that improve customer experience measured by the decrease in agent-driven DSATs and increased customer retention, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices
* Schedule and deliver all on-going team continuous education sessions, ensuring our team stays up-to-date on industry developments and arenaflex's products and services
* Support the Customer Care organization on the creation and improvement of Training materials, where needed, collaborating with subject matter experts to develop engaging and effective content
* Actively seek on-going skill development opportunities to enhance your expertise and stay current with industry trends and best practices
* Become a Gladly conversation and Customer Care workflow SOP expert, providing guidance and support to team members on our customer service platform and processes
* Ability to solve problems: react quickly and productively, serving as a resource for specific problems and undertaking the appropriate steps to resolve, ensuring our team is equipped to handle complex customer inquiries and issues
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's Degree in Training and Development, Education, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in Training/Learning development, with a focus on customer service and customer experience
* Experience delivering training/information to peers, hourly team members, and senior management, both individually and in groups, with a proven track record of engaging and motivating diverse audiences
* Proficiency in computer usage, including learning management systems, e-learning platforms, and Microsoft Office
* Willingness to work different shifts as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support our 24/7 customer service operations
* Balance and prioritize multiple tasks, managing competing deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to solve problems: react quickly and productively, serving as a resource for specific problems and undertaking the appropriate steps to resolve, ensuring our team is equipped to handle complex customer inquiries and issues
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's Degree in Training and Development, Education, or a related field
* Certification in Training and Development, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or Certified Training Professional (CTP)
* Experience with Gladly conversation and Customer Care workflow SOP, with a proven track record of implementing and supporting customer service platforms and processes
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
