As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for: * Leading the project management of high-priority projects, including organizing tasks from project inception to execution and conclusion * Creating and maintaining project artifacts, including project plans, project contracts, hazard and issue logs, and dashboards * Managing multiple simultaneous projects of varying complexity and priority, across different teams and stakeholders * Driving the development of our company culture, ensuring alignment with our values and vision * Fostering effective communication methodologies and implementing cycles, exercises, and projects that result in optimal dissemination of information and communication consistency * Supporting the development of business cases, prioritization, and divisional portfolio management * Maintaining and establishing strong relationships and feedback loops between leaders, functional partners, and cross-divisional teams **What You'll Need to Succeed** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Exceptional organizing, coordination, and innovative problem-solving skills * Proven experience and a demonstrated history of success in managing and delivering multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity * Unparalleled communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across the organization and build and manage relationships with partners and senior leadership * Ability to lead and work independently and within a team * Capability in written and oral communications, with the ability to produce concise reports for executive presentations * Ability to perform effectively in their current role * Models arenaflex's Standards of the Street, guiding principle, and safety-conscious behaviors * Where allowed by relevant regulation, you have received or will receive the COVID-19 vaccination by the date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based work, while not already employed by arenaflex * Reliably focuses on the safety and security of self, others, and personal information * Embraces diverse individuals, thinking, and styles * Has a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency * Is at least 18 years old and has approval to work in the US **What Will Give You an Edge (Preferred Capabilities)** * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or experience managing projects according to Project Management Institute (PMI) principles * Experience with PowerApps, Sharepoint, and project management software is highly desired * Appreciates working in a high-profile environment with fluid needs, ambiguity, and aggressive timelines **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
