We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including telephone, chat, email, and social media. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide premium service and build relationships with customers through effective telephone, chat, email, and social media correspondence
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to logistics, packages, returns, refunds, product questions, and warranty questions
* Assist customers with product information, website navigation, and general questions
* Utilize Microsoft Office programs, such as Outlook and Word, to navigate and communicate with customers
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues
**Qualifications**
* **Customer Service Experience**: Previous experience in customer service, where you've helped answer customer questions and resolve issues
* **Written & Verbal Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively via inbound calls, email, and chat
* **Microsoft Office**: Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word
* **Availability**: Open availability for any 40-hour shift within our hours of operation (Mon-Sun, 7am-6pm MST)

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word
