**About the Role**
As a Work From Home Customer Service Coordinator - High Value Specialty Servicing, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our high-value customers. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and you'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions to our customers' problems.
**Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to high-value customers via phone, email, and chat
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Answer customer questions and provide solutions to their problems
* Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
* Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate information to customers
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent certification
* At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience
* At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
* Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
* At least 6 months of experience in the financial industry
* Experience working with high-value customers
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
**Work From Home Technology Requirements**
* Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
* Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
* Private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
* Internet service must be provided by cable or fiber internet service providers (ISP)
* Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
* ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
