Software (SaaS) Implementation Administrator

The Software (SaaS) Implementation Administrator will be responsible for implementing and managing software solutions across Cigna's clients, while providing excellent customer service and technical support.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. In addition, we require a minimum of 5 years' experience in software implementation and administration, along with a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
