**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Accurately entering incoming customer orders into our database
* Professionally answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate individuals, providing basic information or assistance when necessary
* Serving as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, helpful, and prompt customer service via phone, email, or in person
* Performing routine clerical tasks such as filing documents, making copies, scanning records, and maintaining organized filing systems (digital and physical)
* Supporting general office operations by assisting with supply inventory, mail distribution, and other tasks as assigned to help maintain an efficient workflow and a professional office environment
**What You Need to Succeed**
To be a successful Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
