Business Development Representative

Mews is building a category-defining platform for modern hospitality and is experiencing rapid growth in the US. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for creating pipeline from scratch and engaging with hoteliers to drive new business opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • Own outbound pipeline generation across your territory
  • Prospect via phone, email, and social to engage decision-makers
  • Qualify and convert prospects into high-quality sales opportunities
  • Partner with Account Executives to drive new logo acquisition
  • 50 outbound calls per day (250 per week)
  • 20 contacts sequenced daily (100 per week)
  • 4+ qualified opportunities booked per week

Skills

  • Proven success (or strong potential) in outbound sales or business development
  • High intensity, high ownership mindset — you treat your territory like your business
  • Strong commercial instincts and ability to create urgency with prospects
  • Coachable, competitive, and motivated by performance-based earnings
  • Clear ambition to progress into an Account Executive role
