LIS Implementation Project Manager / Consultant
About the position
We are seeking a consultant with hands-on Anatomic Pathology lab experience and a strong background in implementing Laboratory Information Systems (LIS). This is a remote, contract role supporting project management efforts for partner-led LIS implementations. The engagement is short term with potential to convert to a full-time role based on project volume.
Responsibilities
• Support project management activities for LIS implementations within Anatomic Pathology labs
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners during system implementation and rollout
• Provide subject matter expertise on LIS workflows and pathology operations
Requirements
• Direct experience implementing LIS systems (not LIMS) in Anatomic Pathology environments
• Familiarity with one or more of the following platforms: Oracle CoPathPlus, NovoPath360, Clinisys (Sunquest, PowerPath), Orchard Software, CGM (LABDAQ, AP Easy), or LigoLab
Nice-to-haves
• LIMS implementation experience (e.g., StarLIMS, LabWare, LabVantage, QBench), as our partner ecosystem is expanding into clinical applications
