Full Remote - Employment Paralegal

With a strong reputation in complex wage & hour litigation, the firm provides a collaborative, high-performance environment while offering the flexibility of fully remote work.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p>Our client is seeking an experienced <strong>Employment Paralegal</strong> with a strong background in <strong>Wage & Hour class action and PAGA matters</strong> to support attorneys handling complex employment litigation across California. This is a <strong>fully remote position</strong>, open to candidates residing in California.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Support attorneys in wage & hour matters, including <strong>class actions, PAGA claims, and individual employment cases</strong></li><li>Draft, review, and file pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and correspondence</li><li>Assist with <strong>class certification materials</strong>, damages calculations, and settlement documentation</li><li>Manage discovery, including document collection, organization, and production</li><li>Coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel</li><li>Prepare deposition summaries, trial binders, and hearing materials</li><li>Maintain case files and calendars; ensure compliance with court deadlines</li><li>E-file documents in California state and federal courts</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>2 to 6</strong> years of experience as an <strong>Employment Paralegal</strong>, with a strong emphasis on <strong>Wage & Hour litigation</strong></li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>class actions and/or PAGA claims</strong> required</li><li>Strong knowledge of California Labor Code and employment procedures</li><li>Proficiency in legal research, discovery management, and trial preparation</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary and Other Compensation:</strong></p><p>The annual salary for this position is between [$100,000 – $120,000 annually].
