Oracle Fusion ERP Consultant

Salary: $82,000 - 122,000 per year Requirements: • Over 8 years of experience in ERP transformation • Minimum of 2 full-cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials • Proven experience migrating from legacy systems such as SAP ECC, PeopleSoft, or JD Edwards • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, and OTBI • Understanding of eInvoicing, expense management, tax processing, and intercompany processing • Certification in Oracle Financials or specialization in AP/FA modules • Ability to define target state architecture and present documented designs using Oracle-standard frameworks • Strong skills in creating executive-level presentations and facilitating stakeholder workshops • Proficiency in translating business requirements into secure, scalable Oracle configurations and processes • Experience in conducting discovery sessions and proposing process enhancements • Proven ability to define and manage integrations with internal and external banking systems • Capability to track project milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies across teams • Skilled in leading teams of developers and functional analysts to ensure successful configurations and enhancements • Experience fostering cross-functional collaboration between business and IT departments and owning key decisions Responsibilities: • Lead the migration of Accounts Payable (AP) and Fixed Assets (FA) modules to Oracle Fusion Cloud • Architect and design comprehensive end-to-end solutions for Oracle Cloud ERP migration • Oversee and guide the implementation of required configurations and enhancements • Propose optimization opportunities during discovery sessions • Develop clear presentations for executives and lead workshops with stakeholders • Configure Oracle systems securely and scalably based on business requirements • Define and manage necessary integrations with various banking and eInvoicing systems • Monitor project progress, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met • Collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams to ensure aligned objectives • Mentor and lead a team of developers and analysts throughout the project lifecycle Technologies: • Architect • Cloud • ERP • Oracle • SAP More: We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Jersey City, NJ, where we offer a dynamic work environment with a blend of onsite and remote work opportunities (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
