We are currently searching for a Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant : Responsibilities: • Support Oracle Cloud ERP functionalities ensuring high system availability and performance. • Gather and analyze complex business requirements to translate them into scalable ERP solutions. • Prepare detailed Design Documents and configure workflows/rules to align with organizational processes. • Present and Demo new features available in Oracle Cloud ERP as part of quarterly updates. • Validate end-to-end business processes following quarterly updates to ensure zero disruption. • Provide functional inputs for the design of Automated Functional Test Cases. • Implement AI features within Oracle Cloud ERP and participate in building agents using Oracle Agentic AI Studio. • Analyze and Integrate Oracle Cloud ERP with third-party applications and external systems. • Conduct System and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide comprehensive end-user training. • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues across all project phases: Fit/Gap, Configuration, and Production Support. • Provide status and issue reports to project managers and stakeholders on a regular basis. Requirements: • Minimum 15 years of experience as a Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle ERP. • Deep understanding of GL, AP, AR, FA, Revenue, Tax, and Cash Management modules. • Experience in at least three full-cycle Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation or Support projects. • Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes within the ERP ecosystem. • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud architecture and modern integration tools. • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex global business needs. • Excellent communication skills for executive-level client interaction and training delivery. Desired: • Oracle ERP Cloud Certification is highly preferred. • Experience with Oracle Agentic AI Studio. Languages • Advanced Oral English. • Native Spanish. Note: • Fully remote.
