As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled bilingual writer who can help us produce clear, compelling written narratives that support immigration cases. Position Overview This is a remote full-time position focused on writing. The primary responsibility of this role is to work with Spanish-speaking clients to gather information about their background and experiences, and then draft clear, well-organized affidavits and personal declarations in English to support immigration filings. This role requires exceptional English writing ability, strong listening skills, and the ability to translate complex personal stories into professional written narratives. This is not primarily a paralegal role. While legal experience can be helpful, the core skill required for this position is high-level writing ability in English. Key Responsibilities Conduct interviews with Spanish-speaking clients to gather detailed case information Draft affidavits, declarations, and case narratives in English Organize personal histories and facts into structured written statements Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff during case preparation Maintain high standards of clarity, accuracy, and professionalism in written work Manage deadlines and multiple writing assignments simultaneously Required Qualifications Exceptional English writing skills Fluency in Spanish and English Strong listening and communication skills Ability to organize complex information into clear written narratives Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently in a remote environment Preferred Background (Not Required) Candidates may come from backgrounds such as: Legal writing Immigration case writing Journalism or professional writing Research or academic writing Legal support roles Prior immigration experience can be helpful but is not required if the candidate demonstrates excellent writing ability.
