Key Responsibilities

• Develop frameworks and models that serve as reference points for industry leaders
• Produce flagship reports and essays that influence discussions on developer productivity and AI
Required Qualifications
• Deep experience (10+ years) in developer productivity or related fields
• Proven track record of publishing impactful work, such as industry reports or academic papers
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills
• Exceptional writing ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
• Low ego and high ownership, prioritizing quality and impact over personal credit
