W2 - Solutions Security Analyst (Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, Joint Ventures) - Remote

Description: Role: Solutions Security Analyst Duration 2months ( with possibility of extension ) Location - can be telecommute but does want candidates that sit in CST or EST time zones. • **CANDIDATES MUST HAVE MADJV (Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Joint Ventures), IT Security / IT solutions Architect / Playbook or SwimLane building EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED*** Skills Required: • Experience supporting Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Joint Ventures (MADJV) from an IT security integration perspective • Ability to define control baselines for acquisition, joint venture, and divestiture scenarios including Day 1 and transition states • Ability to translate complex technical control requirements into business consumable guidance and training • Experience developing playbooks, implementation standards, and executive level documentation Outcomes to be delivered: 1. Defined MADJV security control baselines aligned to the clients Control Framework for acquisition, joint venture, and divestiture scenarios. 2. Documented end to end MADJV security process including roles, responsibilities, decision gates, and required deliverables 3. Integrated MADJV control requirements into LaunchSecure workflows and supporting artifacts 4. Developed and delivered structured training and enablement materials for BISOs and key stakeholders 5. Formalized MADJV as a repeatable, productized security service The job assures the safety and integrity of digital technology solutions within the organization.
