Senior Regulatory Operations Specialist:

Primary Skills: Operations (Expert), Regulatory Compliance (Advanced), Analytical (Advanced), Project Management (Expert), SQL (Advanced) Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 12+ Months Location: Remote Pay Range: $90 - $100 per hour on W2 Job Summary: We are looking for a pioneering Regulatory Operations Specialist to join our Services and Experiences team, focusing on enhancing regulatory compliance globally and facilitating company growth. In this dynamic role, you will design and implement efficient compliance strategies, process improvements, and leverage technology and AI to enhance operational efficiency. Your innovative and data-driven approach will be crucial in aligning cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring successful program execution to unlock new business opportunities within the Services and Experiences verticals. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with Legal, Engineering, and Operations teams to support day-to-day needs and drive improvements in vendor performance, forecasting, and pipeline health. • Establish operational frameworks, managing documentation, stakeholder communication, and process improvements. • Streamline and automate regulatory workflows using AI and technology to minimize manual work and enhance efficiency. • Align roadmaps and deliver measurable results in collaboration with Policy, Legal, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations teams. • Lead change management initiatives, support front-line teams, and document best practices to foster an environment of continuous improvement. Must-Have Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Looker or similar tools. • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, capable of managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships. • Deep interest in technology, AI, and automation tools within the regulatory space, coupled with a hands-on approach to implement solutions. Industry Experience: • Previous experience in operations, regulatory operations, or project management within fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments is essential. Exposure to compliance, regulatory, or operational program leadership at scale, particularly in cross-functional settings, is highly desirable.
