Corporate Counsel | 1200 Hours | EGVC
This Latham spinoff has grown exponentially since its founding 15 years ago and seeks an experienced Corporate Counsel to join its team, working largely with clients in the Emerging Growth and Venture Capital space. A broad corporate background (M&A, venture capital, corporate governance) is desired, along with a down-to-earth disposition. The team is mainly composed of attorneys from firms like Wilson Sonsini, Gunderson, and Fenwick who thrived handling sophisticated matters, but who also desired more reasonable billable hours.
The firm's unique structure allows Counsel to select their target billable hours (1200 to 1600+) and enjoy commensurate compensation.
This opportunity may be fully remote. Comp DOE and target hours: $230k-$350k+.
