Overview Labyrinth Digital is seeking a Graphic Designer & Content Creator to craft engaging, conversion-focused content for our eCommerce clients. You’ll be responsible for developing social ad assets and email campaigns, including both visuals and copywriting that reflect each brand’s voice and drive performance. Responsibilities • Design and produce social ad assets for Meta and other social platforms • Design and build email campaigns in platforms such as Klaviyo • Write clear, persuasive copy for social ads and email campaigns • Create engaging organic social content for Labyrinth Digital’s Instagram and LinkedIn • Provide ad hoc design support for website and landing pages • Collaborate with strategy teams to align creative with campaign objectives • Adapt creative concepts across different audiences and platforms • Stay current on trends in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce Skills and Qualifications • Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design or content creation • Proven ability to produce both visual and written content (portfolio required) • Experience with video editing • Attention to detail • Highly organized and ability to manage multiple projects independently • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar tools • Nice to have: Experience working with eCommerce brands • Nice to have: Experience using Monday.com for project management Salary Range $55,000-$65,000 per year + Bonus The Benefits • Unlimited vacation and sick time (with approval) • 401K retirement plan with 4% match • Healthcare • Work from home • Computer About Us We are a growth marketing agency based in Denver, CO and we’re all about strategy, analytics, media buying, and email marketing for eCommerce businesses in the health, fitness, and outdoor industries.
