IP Analyst / Consultant / Senior Consultant
Role Overview:
Provide comprehensive patent services for biomedical clients, including drafting, filing, prosecution, and IP strategy support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop global patent filing and drafting strategies.
• Draft domestic and international (including PCT) applications and respond to office actions.
• Handle patent reexamination, invalidation, and litigation cases.
• Conduct patent searches, analyses, and application reviews.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree or higher in Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Medicine, or related fields.
• Familiar with domestic and international patent laws and practices; able to independently manage patent cases.
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience; domestic and international experience preferred.
• Proficient in English for reading, writing, and drafting technical documents.
• Patent Agent Qualification Certificate required.
