Salesforce Developer – Marketo to HubSpot Migration Location: California / Remote Experience: 5+ Years (Preferred) Employment Type: Contract Job Description We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in marketing automation platforms, specifically Marketo and HubSpot, to support and execute a full-scale migration from Marketo to HubSpot. The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure seamless data migration, system integration, and process optimization within Salesforce. Key Responsibilities • Lead and execute the migration from Marketo to HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and integrity • Integrate HubSpot with Salesforce, including leads, contacts, accounts, campaigns, and custom objects • Analyze existing Marketo workflows, campaigns, and automations and recreate them in HubSpot • Customize and develop Salesforce components (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows) as required • Manage data mapping, cleansing, validation, and post-migration testing • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions • Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize system performance • Create technical documentation and provide post-migration support Required Skills & Qualifications • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer • Hands-on experience with Marketo and HubSpot, including migration projects • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud concepts • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations • Strong understanding of lead management, campaign tracking, and reporting • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Nice to Have • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Marketing Cloud, etc.) • HubSpot or Marketo certifications • Experience working with distributed or remote teams Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
