In this role, you will engage with top-tier clients to develop and implement digital strategies that enhance operational efficiency and drive business outcomes. You will play a crucial part in leveraging emerging technologies to support building-related projects. Accountabilities Work closely with clients to develop digital strategies and assess current project performances. Define approaches for the application of BIM and innovative technologies on MEP projects. Collaborate with account teams to create and implement Customer Success Plans. Build and maintain high-value client relationships to address their business challenges. Coordinate with project management teams to ensure successful delivery of client strategies. Shape and define the technical consulting service offering for MEP projects. Engage with industry specialists to enhance the product offering. Facilitate workshops to guide clients towards effective solution paths. Lead project delivery efforts, ensuring quality and effectiveness of solutions. Document and assess the impact of solutions on customer investments. Contribute to the development of expanded consulting service offerings. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the MEP building industry. Experience with Autodesk products preferred (Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud). At least 3 years in business improvement initiatives leveraging digital solutions. Strong strategic thinking and communication skills. Ability to facilitate client workshops and manage diverse teams. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
