We're looking for a senior Art Director to own the creative vision of our Motion & Interactivity team, and the people in it. This is a role for someone with natural authority in a creative room: someone who sets the bar, takes ownership of the team's output as much as their own work, and takes pride in the quality of everything that goes out the door. The role You'll drive creative direction across motion graphics and interactive design projects from concept to delivery. You'll be the creative anchor of a small, talented team, the person they look to for direction, feedback, and inspiration. You'll be as comfortable reviewing a junior designer's work and giving clear, constructive direction as you are making high-level creative decisions on complex scientific content.
