Management Analyst / Strategy Consultant 2 — AI-Assisted Pilot (Models + Slides + Reports)
We're hiring a small number of experienced Management Analysts or Strategy Consultants for a paid pilot evaluating human + AI agent collaboration on realistic work tasks. You'll use different AI assistants while producing polished, professional deliverables.
You will complete ALL 5 tasks (short summary below):
1. Overvaluation risk: use Sector Median PE volatility data (current PE = 28.5) to identify which undervalued stocks are most likely to become overvalued; report company, ticker, and probability (2 decimals).
2. BU scoring: use four BU assessment summary decks + a decision criteria scoring reference to calculate each BU's total decision score (simple average of 5 criteria, qualitative-to-numeric conversion, 2 decimals).
3. Downside scenario model: apply a China critical-minerals embargo (−50% Hybrid/EV margins, −20% other components); report Gross Profit + Gross Margin for Retain, Transition, and Exit in EUR; flag geopolitical exposure.
4. Growth bridge analysis: using a financials report + strategic growth bridge charts, calculate Europe Growth segment Operating Profit and Total Incremental Gross Profit from combined International Expansion at 2030 margin targets ($ millions, whole numbers).
5. Beauty industry analysis: using a 2025 industry report, identify 2024 combined retail channel share, calculate relative share change by 2030, and compute net dollar change in sales (5% CAGR, $593B base).
Requirements
- 2+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business analysis
- Strong quantitative skills: financial modeling, scenario analysis, and valuation
- Experience working with slide decks, financial reports, and strategic frameworks
- Comfortable extracting and synthesizing data from multiple sources (spreadsheets, PDFs, presentations)
- Detail-oriented with precise rounding and reporting conventions
- Comfortable collaborating with an AI assistant (you still own accuracy/quality)
Payment
- Fixed Price: $20 per task ($100 total)
- Performance-based Bonus: Participants are ranked using the TrueSkill ranking system. The top-ranked participant receives $100, second place receives $50, and third place receives $50.
