About the Role KITSCH is currently looking for a proactive and results-driven Amazon Catalog Optimization Specialist to own and elevate our Amazon listings. In this role, you wont just maintain listings, youll actively optimize, innovate, and lead improvements that directly impact our growth on the worlds largest Online Marketplace. Are you a self-starter with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for eCommerce? This position is for you! What will be your responsibilities? • Own the Optimization Process: Take full responsibility for the health and performance of our Amazon product catalog. Youll ensure listings are fully optimized, compelling, and aligned with our brand voice and goals. • Think Like a Customer, Act Like a Strategist: Conduct thorough market and keyword research to craft engaging, high-converting product titles, bullets, and descriptions. Continually improve existing content to enhance visibility and conversion. • Be Proactive & Data-Driven: Monitor listing performance using internal dashboards and third-party tools (e.g., Helium10). Identify trends, uncover issues, and implement optimization strategiesbefore problems arise. • Collaborate & Communicate: Work cross-functionally with graphic design, marketing, and compliance teams to execute timely listing updates, ensure image and content quality, and support new product launches. • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Track changes in Amazons algorithm, SEO best practices, and category-specific trends. Make proactive recommendations that ensure Kitsch remains competitive and top-ranked. • Independent Problem-Solving: Whether its troubleshooting suppressed listings or identifying why a products rank has dropped, youll take initiative, investigate thoroughly, and present clear solutions. What are we looking for in you? • Experience • 4+ years of experience Managing and Optimizing Amazon Listings. • Required Skills • Deep understanding of Amazon's ecosystem. • Proficiency in market and keyword research. • Experience with Helium10 for listing performance monitoring. • Strong grasp of SEO best practices. • Adept at troubleshooting. • Desired Skills • Sellerise. • Excel. • Soft Skills • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks ahead, and doesnt wait to be told what to do. • A data-savvy content expert who balances creativity with strategic decision-making. • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
