(Near Sikanderpur/Cyber Hub Metro Station) Experience: 2-5 Years CTC: 3.6 Lacs - 6.0 Lacs Per Annum (30,000-50,000 per month) Qualification: 1.Graduate in any stream. 2.Engineering in qualification & prior experience will be an added advantage. Skills: 1.Strong communication skills both written & oral. 2. Quick grasper and self-learner. 3. Advance knowledge of MS Excel like Vlookup, Filters, Pivot, Conditional formatting, len, left, right, concatenate, sumif, countif, etc is a must. 4. Prior experience is a must. Joining: Immediate. Role: To independently lead & manage Amazon Ads for the brand. Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Amazon PPC Expert to manage, monitor, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns for our brand. As a key player, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing high-impact campaigns to maximize product visibility, sales, and profitability. You will also manage marketing budgets of 18-20 lacs on Amazon and focus on reducing ACoS month-over-month. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: • Develop, implement, and manage Amazon PPC campaigns across multiple ad types, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Sponsored Brand Video. • Conduct thorough keyword research and selection to ensure campaigns are optimized for the best targeting and performance. • Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and other campaign settings to achieve the goals and maximize ROI. Day-to-Day Optimization & Execution: • Oversee the optimization of campaigns on a daily basis, continuously adjusting keywords, bids, and targeting strategies. • Implement A/B testing strategies to enhance ad performance, conversion rates, and overall effectiveness. • Utilize Amazon tools and platforms to streamline campaign management and ensure seamless operations. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales), TACoS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales), profit margins, and overall ad spend. • Monitor keyword rankings, daily trends, and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and optimize campaigns accordingly. • Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to reduce ACoS month-over-month and increase ad efficiency. Budget Management: • Take full responsibility for handling marketing budgets of 15-20 lacs on Amazon, ensuring optimal allocation and cost control. • Continuously work towards reducing ACoS month-on-month, focusing on increasing return on ad spend (ROAS) for the brand. Growth & Scalability: • Identify new opportunities for campaign scaling and growth, ensuring long-term success in driving sales. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align advertising efforts with broader business goals. Agency Management • Manage the ad agency for the portfolios that the agency is managing for the brand. Key Requirements: • 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Ads or Marketplace Advertising campaigns. • Proven track record of managing significant marketing budgets (15-20 lacs) on Amazon. • Experience with Amazon advertising tools such as Helium 10, AMZScout, or JungleScout. • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams. • Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Marketing Services (AMS).
