Data Scientist – (Advertising Analytics)

<p><strong>Duration: Until end of June 2026</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Data Scientist</strong> to join a high-impact analytics team focused on <strong>advertising performance measurement and optimization</strong>. This role involves working with large-scale datasets to generate insights that improve advertising strategies and product performance.</p><p>The ideal candidate will combine strong statistical expertise, experimentation experience, and advanced analytical skills to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision making.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct <strong>exploratory data analysis</strong> on large and complex datasets to uncover patterns, opportunities, and insights.</li><li>Design and implement <strong>predictive models and advanced algorithms</strong> to drive performance improvements.</li><li>Develop and analyze <strong>A/B tests and product experiments</strong>, interpreting results to guide product and business decisions.</li><li>Collaborate with engineers and product teams to translate prototypes into <strong>scalable product features and solutions</strong>.</li><li>Build and maintain <strong>data visualizations and dashboards</strong> to support internal analytics and performance tracking.</li><li>Support ad-hoc analytical requests and provide insights to stakeholders across the organization.</li><li>Contribute to <strong>measurement frameworks and targeting strategies</strong> for app advertising performance.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Strong <strong>SQL coding skills</strong> (non-negotiable).</li><li>Proven experience designing and analyzing <strong>A/B tests / experimentation frameworks</strong>.</li><li>Experience working with <strong>complex measurement and analytics in advertising or digital marketing environments</strong>.</li><li>Proficiency in <strong>Python and/or R</strong> for data analysis and modeling.</li><li>Experience working with <strong>large datasets and big data environments</strong>.</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent written communication skills with the ability to explain complex insights clearly.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working in <strong>large-scale technology environments</strong>.</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>Hadoop or other big data tools</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>data visualization tools such as Tableau</strong>.</li><li>Prior experience in <strong>advertising measurement or ad-tech analytics</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong>Education</strong></p><ul><li>Master’s degree in <strong>Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li><strong>5+ years</strong> of relevant data science or advanced analytics experience.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>About US Tech Solutions:-</strong></p><p><br></p><p>US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
