You'll work closely with our Project Managers to ensure the successful execution of eDiscovery processes and provide technical support across multiple matters. Job Duties: Assist Project Managers with day-to-day eDiscovery tasks including data ingestion, processing, analysis, and reporting. Operate and navigate eDiscovery platforms (Relativity, CS Disco, LAW PreDiscovery) to support case requirements. Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of data. Manage and execute task assignments within deadlines as set by Project Managers. Document processes and maintain accurate records of activities performed. Identify and promptly escalate technical issues to Project Managers. Communicate effectively with internal teams to provide timely updates on task status and issues. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, though not required. Preferred experience with eDiscovery software tools (Relativity, CS Disco, LAW PreDiscovery). Strong technical and computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. Detail-oriented approach to tasks with a strong commitment to quality.
